Leadership Team
Founder & Executive Director
Mr Moses Assibong
The Founder, one of the Trustees and Executive Director provides strategic leadership for AACDEPF, overseeing the organization’s vision, partnerships, resource mobilization, governance, and program implementation. Moses is passionate about community development, youth empowerment, peace building, climate action, and improving opportunities for undeserved populations through sustainable and inclusive solutions.

Deputy Executive Director
Mrs Shara Ekpenyong
Supports the Executive Director in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and operational management while ensuring effective implementation of programs and organizational objectives.

Ada Moses
Supports AACDEPF’s governance by overseeing financial accountability and maintaining official organizational records. She ensures accurate financial reporting, coordinates Board meetings, prepares meeting minutes, manages correspondence, and promotes transparency, compliance, and effective administration,and one of the trustee
Administration and Programmes Manager
Mr Nelson Abangma
Oversees the organization’s daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient office management, regulatory compliance, and effective support for all programmes and departments. Working closely with the Executive Director and other teams, the role leads the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of community development projects, ensuring programmes are delivered efficiently and achieve measurable, sustainable impact.
Volunteer and Community Engagement Coordinator
Mr Joshua Salifu
Coordinates volunteer recruitment, orientation, training, and community engagement activities while strengthening relationships with local stakeholders.
Board of Trustees
AACDEPF is governed by an independent Board of Trustees that provides strategic oversight, ensures accountability, and supports the long-term sustainability of the organization.
