The All African Community Development and Environmental Protection Foundation (AACDEPF) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization established in the year 2000 and headquartered in Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria. Guided by the motto, “Towards a Better Life for Nigerians and the African People,” AACDEPF is committed to promoting sustainable community development, environmental protection, poverty alleviation, human rights, peacebuilding, and social inclusion across Africa.
Our work focuses on empowering communities through education, environmental conservation, youth and women’s empowerment, public health awareness, capacity building, humanitarian support, and advocacy for sustainable development. Since 2022, AACDEPF has held,“Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC),” enabling us to contribute to international policy discussions and collaborate with governments, United Nations agencies, civil society organizations, development partners, academic institutions, and local communities to address social, economic, and environmental challenges.
Through research, training, community outreach, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnerships, AACDEPF works to build resilient communities, protect natural resources, strengthen institutions, and improve the quality of life of vulnerable populations across Africa.

Our Leadership and Team
AACDEPF is led by a dedicated team of professionals, volunteers, trustees, and advisors with expertise in community development, environmental management, public health, education, human rights, governance, finance, communications, and project management.
Under the leadership of its Founder and Executive Director, the organization provides strategic direction, develops innovative programmes, strengthens partnerships, and ensures effective implementation of initiatives that improve the lives of vulnerable populations.
Our multidisciplinary team is united by a shared commitment to integrity, professionalism, accountability, innovation, and service. Together, we design and implement evidence-based programmes that create measurable and sustainable impact for communities across Africa.
Governance and Accountability
AACDEPF is governed by an independent Board of Trustees, which provides strategic oversight, policy direction, financial accountability, and institutional governance. The Board ensures that the organization operates in accordance with its Constitution, applicable laws, and internationally recognized principles of transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct.
Supporting the Board is a network of technical advisors and volunteers who contribute specialized expertise in sustainable development, environmental protection, climate action, gender equality, public health, peacebuilding, research, and organizational development.
AACDEPF maintains robust internal policies and systems, including financial controls, safeguarding measures, anti-fraud and anti-corruption mechanisms, and data privacy practices to ensure responsible stewardship of resources and public trust.
Our Affiliate Network
AACDEPF believes that sustainable development is achieved through strong partnerships and collective action. We collaborate with a growing network of affiliated organizations, community-based organizations, non-governmental organizations, academic institutions, professional associations, youth and women-led organizations, and environmental groups across Africa.
Our affiliate network serves as a platform for knowledge sharing, capacity strengthening, joint programming, advocacy, and resource mobilization. While each affiliate remains an independent organization, all partners share a common commitment to sustainable development, environmental stewardship, good governance, human rights, and community empowerment.
Through these collaborations, AACDEPF promotes regional cooperation and supports locally driven solutions to Africa’s most pressing development and environmental challenges.
